With the #Reignite Hiring Drive, Tata Technologies Aiming to Hire Female Engineers Taking a Career Hiatus

The product engineering and digital services company stated that the program aligns with its redoubled efforts to support gender diversity throughout its workforce.

The Tata Group corporation stated that #Reignite is intended to help female engineers who have taken a break in their profession to resume by providing a combination of specialized training, practical experiences, and online learning resources.

By January 12, qualified women taking a vacation from their careers may apply for the open positions. From then, there will be other steps in the process.

Step 1: Explore – Individuals who make the short list will receive invitations to attend orientation seminars given by female specialists. The subjects would cover how to ace interviews, Tata Technologies as an employer of choice, and contemporary digital engineering services. All others receive a certificate for finishing the Reignite orientation program successfully, while exceptional performers advance to Stage 2.

Phase 2: Elevate – The candidates will receive instruction aimed at improving their technical and soft abilities in key project areas. The best students advance to the next level, and everyone else who completes the Reignite technical training program gets a certificate.

Step 3: Engage – The chosen ladies will receive an opportunity for a paid internship where they will work with seasoned mentors. This stage consists of one-on-one counseling, practical project work, and expert insights. All participants will receive a diploma from the Reignite Internship program, and top performers will have the chance to join the Tata Technologies team.

Candidates with the ability to work in design engineering, CAD engineering, electric wire harness, vehicle integration, Teamcenter release, BOM generation, etc. are sought after by the company.

According to the organization, the chosen women will have the chance to learn through classroom and online learning environments, work on international projects, and advance their skills.
