She is certified trainer from University of Cambridge and Trinity College, IELTS-trainer-Examiner, Effective 7 and 8th Habits Trainer, Aura and Energy Enabler specialist and also have Completed her PhD in Neurolinguistics Programming and Emotional Intelligence.

She is also certified in situational leadership by the Iron Lady Community. she has published an E-book called ‘A Poem of Life.’ For her admirable work, she has been awarded as an International Speaker by the Toastmasters Club and as a Young Creative Trainer of the Year 2022-23, Rising Star in L&D Industry awards, etc. Dr Kavita’s work has chased the boundaries of success, and she has left no stone unturned. Dr Kavita is transforming lives through a gamut of various innovative formats in learning and development programs. She serves as Manager-HR at JSW GBS and is proud to be part of such a big organization.

Being at the helm and supervising such a responsible position, she takes care of numerous things, apart from  Learning and Development activities in classroom format and exponential training.
