Ujjwala Scheme: While not exclusively for women, the Ujjwala Scheme, launched in 2016, targets women from below-poverty-line households by providing them with free LPG connections to replace traditional cooking fuels like wood and coal. This scheme aims to improve the health and safety of women, reduce indoor air pollution, and empower them by enhancing their quality of life.
