The BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women’s Vertical (BRICS CCI WE) has announced a collaboration with Nippon Paint India for the 2024-25 BRICS CCI WE Global Women Leadership Programme. This initiative is designed to empower and nurture women leaders from BRICS nations, promoting their growth across diverse sectors and advancing gender equality in leadership.
The programme aims to elevate participants’ leadership skills, build global networks, and offer insights from experienced professionals and global leaders. It will be conducted in a hybrid format, with weekly sessions providing flexible learning opportunities. Nippon Paint India, a key partner for the programme, will play a significant role in supporting its objectives. Sharad Malhotra, Director of Nippon Paint India, will serve as the Esteemed Programme Mentor, highlighting the company’s strong commitment to women’s empowerment.
In addition to financial backing, Nippon Paint India will incubate promising women-led startups emerging from the leadership programme each year, contributing to the development of women-driven businesses. This strategic partnership reflects both organizations’ dedication to fostering a more inclusive business environment.
